Passion Fruit Vodka Martini
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces passion fruit puree
- 10 ounces vodka
- 4 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and then add all ingredients. Shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds and pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with a slice of fresh passion fruit or lime wedge if you wish.
